Impact is thrilled to announce that this Spring we signed a long term lease at 229 West 135th Street, next door to the New Heritage Theatre offices, fulfilling a longterm dream to create an IMPACT SAFE SPACE for our youth. IMPACT SAFE SPACE is a two level, multi use space that will give our Impact scholars a place to rehearse, study, edit videos, record music and gather in a safe, creative environment, multiple times a week.

The internationally acclaimed architecture firm, LHSA+DP,  has generously donated their time to design and oversee the renovation the space and thanks to generous donors we are moving into the construction phase in Fall 2018. Please join our kind sponsors and donors and consider a gift to our Capital Campaign.

"We are proud and gratified to be partnering with everyone at IMPACT on the creation of your new home. The vibrancy of the program and the creative energy of the kids are extraordinary, and the dedication of the staff, founders and supporters is truly inspiring. In developing the design, we have taken special care to get the input of the kids who will be the prime users of the space - we want them to feel that this is THEIR PLACE.  And, without question, they have been stellar collaborators - eloquent, confident and quite sophisticated in their opinions and taste! It is a privilege to have the opportunity to help enhance the emotional, intellectual and artistic lives of these wonderful kids.  We thank you for welcoming us into the IMPACT family."
